Thermals, coaches and ear muffs

My dad has finally just decided to inform me that I'm starting my journey from Nottingham instead of home. So this means I'm going back up to uni on the 4th, which is nice as I am starting miss Hampden!

I spent today getting more Dollars and some thermals. I know, thermals. My uncle has just visited New York and my parents lived there for a while, and all of them have gone on and on and on about how cold NY is in January. So we ventured into Millets, which normally frightens us as the staff wait to pounce on you as soon as you step in the door. I picked out an attractive black top and some very fashion forward leggings, which reach up to my armpits. At least I will be warm! I also went to Accesssorize to find some new gloves and ear muffs, as a hat always gets too hot. I managed to ignore everything in the sale and only liked full price things, which is typical of me. I always find the January sales so off-putting when I go shopping. The stores are constantly full of bargain hungry women, who are not afraid to elbow you out the way for a cheap pair of shoes. My Mum being the worst culprit of this.
